there website is banjo.com and I dont have the receipt anymore but I do have the box the banjo was shipped in it was shipped on 1/29/and the ups tracking number was *** *** *** and the fed ex tracking number is *** *** * (*** ***) ** *** *** *** the box has labels on itI ordered a
banjo and some accessories but didnt receive the tail piece

My name is [redacted], owner of Banjo.com.  I purchased the assets of the company on May 29, 2015 from [redacted].   I do not have any obligation to this customer, as it was placed long before I purchased the companies assets.  However if you will have the customer contact me after Christmas I will do my best the resolve the situation, as I do not believe the previous owner did anything intentional to not provide the customer with the merchandise.  I will work with the customer and the previous owner [redacted] to get this worked out if possible.
