Very happy with BAMS. They have been a pleasure to deal with and delivered on all their promises which is why I finally feel like I found a company I can stick with. They explained in detail the way I was going to be billed so I have a better understanding of what I'm paying each month. To add to that they saved me a significant amount compared to what I was paying in the past. Most importantly they have provided me with fantastic customer support and extremely reliable equipment. They are very fast to solve issues, can easily be reached through e-mail and get a response. I'm impressed with their online reporting which allows me to view and download sales from any particular day, week or month. The online system also offers options where I can receive notification to my email or phone regarding deposits and chargebacks so I'm always on top of everything. The reason I switched was because the company I was working with for several years charged me a hefty sum for a new credit card machine that takes chip cards. After a month of long customer support calls they still couldn't even get chip cards to work on that machine. BAMS set me up with a newer model machine that cost me hundreds less and worked right out of the box. Still can't believe it was that easy !!! I would totally recommend BAMS to any business !

After a terrible experience With my previous credit card company, I happened to be called by a BAMS representative pitching their payments services. These are the type of calls I typically ignore, but thankfully I did not on this occasion. BAMS was able to show me that I was receiving pages of hidden fees with my previous processor and presented me with a proposal I could not say no to. I have now been processing with BAMS for over a year and couldn't be happier. BAMS has saved me money (which is a huge benefit to me as a small business owner), but has also proven to provide me with an extremely high level of customer service that my last credit card company did not. They even picked up to answer my questions on Christmas eve at nearly 6pm!
