awful customer relations in Mequon and by Mark *** in main office
I recently closed my account *** and have followed the directions as given by a phone customer service representative on how to "Opt Out" of information sharing as provided by the privacy notice.
This customer's account was closed on April 9th and it has been noted in our CRM system that they do not wish to be contacted any further. Additionally, a formal communication from me has been sent to the branch that serviced the account expressing this former customer's wishes.
