investigation did the
cardholder offer any receipts that verified his whereabouts during the
fraudulent transaction which is the main reason why he was denied provisional
credit. Another reason why we denied him is because this was a pinned
transaction and there were no failed PIN attempts. (which means that the person also has his PIN) Based on the client’s additional information presented to the Revdex.com, we will provide the client final credit today.
