standing behind our guarantee for over years, if you are not hired the refund is issued with no questions asked There are some facts that are not yet known to Mr***, because he has not actually received the package he ordered from us and that we subsequently shipped to him The job openings change on a daily basis with the Postal Service Inside our package is a Proof of Guarantee form On that Proof of Guarantee form the following statement is written and I quote: "Job openings change on a daily basis If there are currently no job openings available in your area (defined as within miles of your zip code), you can return the package for an original purchase *** refund..." Therefore, if Mr*** had simply waited until the package arrived, this would have been known to him Since the job openings change daily, if there are no job openings in your area, simply return the package and we issue a full refund of the original purchase *** (which includes the shipping and handling) Unfortunately, Mr*** jumped to conclusions before receiving our package and assumed that he had been wronged We have issued a full refund to Mr*** for the total original purchase *** (which includes the shipping and handling) in the amount of $today This would have been the exact same end result if Mr*** had simply waited to receive his package and subsequently returned it While it is understandable in this day and age to be skeptical, we would simply ask that each company be judged on their actions and merits.Best Regards,*** ***Labor Services

Hello, we have received an inquiry from you and we most certainly wish to respond. First, we have a Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) page on our website. On that website page there is a list of common questions and answers. One of those questions is precisely what *** is
referring to. There is a question entitled, "Does the Postal Service provide resources?". The answer listed to that question on our website page then explains exactly what is provided in comparison to our package. So the complaint by *** is NOT a valid complaint, we precisely list the exact question and answer to her concern right on the FAQ page of our website. Secondly, had *** contacted us, we would have pointed her to that very page of our website to address her concern. Despite all of these facts listed above that prove this should NOT be a complaint against our company, we have issued a refund back to *** anyway. The refund was issued back to her card today, but it may take several business days to get reflected in her account
