Review: I had a over draft at my bank which I paid in full, after this was done I had one more unexpected over draft, the bank closed my checking account in violation of their own policy which states you have 30 days to clear up any over drafts. My pay check is direct deposit and my loans are direct withdrawal from my account, this action has caused sever financial problems for me.Desired Settlement: Refund for all over draft charged. A change in there policy that makes it clear what they do. A formal written reprimand against the employee's involved.
