Even though they have recently sent me a check for the appraisal no one in the office has responded to the shady practices even after all emails was forwarded showing breach of my privacy, among other evidence rwgarding this mannerNo one has asked to listen to the recorded telephone calls to rectify the way they conduct businessI will be going to the next step and consult with a real estate lawyer regarding this matter

referenced consumer complaint.To begin, Bank of England adamantly denies all allegations contained within the consumer's complaintCommunication with the borrowers was clear at all times, as well as the requirements that must be met in order to close on the purchase of a homeMsS*** worked diligently to help these borrowers with the loan process and tried to work the loan in several different manners to find a way to close the transaction.It's unfortunate that this loan was unable to close, but these issues were outside of the Bank's controlFurthermore, the Bank also has no knowledge of a disclosure of any consumer information at this time.Despite these facts and in the interest of Customer relations, the Bank has issued a reimbursement check to the ***'s for the cost of the appraisal.Jack *A*** Corporate Counsel
