Review: I have been dealing with a very rude person concerning my loan. I requested to speak with his superior officer and was given her name and number. I have left numerous messages and have herd nothing back. I then asked to speak to my loan officer. I had to leave her a message also. I have got no response from her either. I have had this loan for seventeen years and have never been treaded so rudley.Desired Settlement: I would like to talk to a ceo of the bank
