This company is very unfair being that we have been customers for yearsWe haven't had any problems until weeks ago I spoke with one of the representatives and he informed me that my payment was behind but never said we were in jeopardy of our credit score being dropped because we were supposedly days behindHe then goes to tell me it have to be paid by Friday in order to not being behind or have a late payment, but told him I was gonna pay it Thursday morning insteadHe said that would actually be great! The next day I paid it which was that Thursday and later that evening, credit karma comes up saying a late payment has been posted to my creditI then proceed to call the bank and tell them the situation and they didn't care nor the managers who were thereFor them to lie and say we weren't in jeopardy and was because of a confusion of how we paid our truck note was very unprofessionalBeing customers for two years they didn't want to even honor their lies they told me and that we been loyal to themThen the manager who were there that day told my husband and I we were good customers anyway! The whole company made us feel less important and hey didn't care that putting that late payments on our credit report because of their lies and miscommunication pushed us behind in purhasing our first home this summer! We will never recommend anyone to this bank because of our were treated as a year customer!
