I am my mother's POA.
s $100, that was signed by my mother.
I have advised this banking institution on numerous occasion's and even provided paperwork for this matter.
The mngr. of the banking institution of the *** branch, refuses to follow my direction and tells me to provide paperwork to show POA.
I have provided and now she expects me to sign a card which was not part of the agreement once the POA paperwork was provided.
I had advised her not to order any more checks from my mother, because she has 8 books on stand-by, she ignored that and ordered checks anyway, knowing by the account that there is maybe 3 at the most checks written a month.
She knows my mother has memory problems, so she would know that once my mother walks out the door, she will never even remember what she just did.
She has also accused me of forging my mothers name on a check for a measly a

I made a promise that there would be no more overdrafts on this acct., and there hasn't been since I have been alerted to the issue by my Aunt ***.
By the way when my Aunt *** had a small interaction with *** to get on top of the overdrafts, she said she was very rude.
