Review: I fell behind by I believe two months or less, I have been in [redacted]. Rush by Ambulance in February of 2014 very sick this is where it all begin in there for over a month. All my things was in storage, lost my housing help, Sec.8 moved from IL. back to Kokomo, IN. Hospitalized again. Hospitalized again St. Joseph's in Kokomo, in there for a while and also a coma. Hospitalized again almost die from blood problems, given I.V.s and blood transfusions. Then hospitalized more Howard Community and more and more have proof. just got out of I.U from surgery in Indianapolis, IN a bleeding intestine in August then transported to Aperion in Kokomo, IN. nursing Home/ rehab. I ask to cancel my service with Credit One they always calling and recording me, I told them I will record them they said no! I have not heard from them since, but they send mail! My credit on the card was close to $500.00 never spent that amount but what ever I spent they got paid. I only owe them like about $30...but they going to charged me the amount of the card that I did not spend I do not used this card any more like at least 5 months or less they continue to send me a bill with they're added amount never told me this and am upset...what can be done about this? I do not work am disabled, still healing I was homeless for a few months too. They are doing a lot of wrong things, how can you help someone build up there credit and your underhandedly tearing them down wanting money ( I did not spend)?Desired Settlement: Erase this off my credit totally and never will apply for this card again in life. Credit One Bank Visa Platinum. never ever again will trust them or recommend them to someone who is trying to purchase shelter. Their business was misleading and very unclear told to me by Real Estate, and building up your credit not tearing it down.
