Horrible Company We merged all of our processing accounts to a new processor and I asked about cancelling our bankcard account They told me how to close it but didn't mention to me that there was a termination fee (I wasn't aware of the contract a previous manager had signed) and got hit with nearly $for closing our account months too early It would have only cost me $a month to just keep it open and unused for the remainder of the contract, but of course they couldn't be bothered to warn me of that before I closed it, and wouldn't simply reopen it I think it's an awful company and am at least glad not to be partnering with them anymore

Bankcard Associates was able to help me with my credit card deposits when we switched credit card drivers in our computer I had technical experts from other companies trying to problem solve the solution for weeks when I finally turned to the Bankcard Associates expert He immediately knew the solution and when I relayed the info to the other parties, my problem was fixedBeen with them for many years and have had great experiences with them I love the low flat rate they charge
