Bank of America closed my debit card without any communication or notice I attempted to use my card to purchase groceries for my family and the card was declined I had to contact Bank of America customer service and it took over half an hour to reach a person only to be told that I should have received a card in the mail over weeks prior This never happened The reps were rude and treated me poorly I requested to have the card reactivated and they claimed this would be done but it never worked I was unable to buy food for my year old son that day This is an unacceptable level of customer service
