Review: The company's agent ([redacted]) came to sell me a life insurance policy, and I gave her a blank check on 8/**/13, so the company could automatically make the deduction from my checking account @ 59.00, starting in September. On 8/**/13, I spoke with [redacted], and she informed me that she would put the check through after the [redacted] of September. (because that is when I get my disability check) On 8/**/13 the check was paid, and my account was overdrawn. I have been trying to get the company to refund my money ( 59.00 + 34.00, bank's overdraft fee). I have spoken to her several times, and she informed me about being out of town, due to death in the family, one time she was gonna come by my house to drop it off, and still I have not received my refund. On 10/**/13, I spoke with her supervisor ([redacted]) and he said he would speak to [redacted]. On 10/**/13, [redacted] called with some excuse, and as of today, I still have not received my refund, can I please get some help in this matter.Desired Settlement: For the company to return my deduction, and my bank overdraft fee, that was charged due to them depositing the check, even after I informed them that I did not want the policy

Review: Spoke to an insurance agent [redacted] to obtain information only. Had to give 100.00 processing fee to agent who stated he would return if policy not accepted. I told him I would get back to him with my decision stating I was not interested in the policy.

I then then discovered that money was taken out of my bank account without my authorization for total of $400.00.

Several attempts to contact agent cell phone ###-###-#### 1 call returned and agent stated mistake made and will refund money.

This money has not been refunded and I continue to receive bills and cannot get in touch with agent,had to put a stop on this company taking funds out of my account.Desired Settlement: Refund of $400.00 and related charges from [redacted] to stop Bankers Conseco Life withdrawal.

Review: I specifically told [redacted] hendler that I did not want the insurance policy,her supervisor then called me and I told him as well that I did not want the policy . when I spoke to [redacted] she said that nothing had been done yet so she would throw the paper work away.her supervisor then calls. after this they tried to cash the check which I told them not to. they are trying to bully me into taking a policy that I clearly dont want. my bank is charging me every time the do this. I recieved a letter yesterday thanking me for getting a policy that I have made very clear.
