I had the unfortunate opportunity of dealing with Bankers Independent Insurance Company while I was involved in an accident that wasn't my faultUnfortunately, I had to rely to Bankers Independent to handle all of my businessFirst, I would like to mention how unprofessional this company trains their employees to beThe gentleman that handled my claim, was very unprofessional, nonchalant and in return, rudeIt took two and a half months for this man to contact his client, so we could have a written statement for the accident, that is unheard ofWhen asked about the claim, the adjuster was very nonchalant and seemed agitated at the questionHe always rushed to get off the phone and spoke extremely fastThe process was extensive for no reason and no one, not even the manager, reached out to me or my family to keep us abreast on the claimThe adjuster that I was dealing with, got a new extension number, and he never called or sent an email to tell anyone his extension had changedAt one point in time, I had my mother contact this gentleman for me because I couldn't do it, & he told my mother that we might have to "EAT THIS LOSS"That is something that no one wants to hear and when my mother informed me of what the adjuster said, I knew this company was a flopOverall, this company is extremely unprofessional and I'm so sorry for myself and my family that we had to deal with such a horrible companyI tried to contact the mangers regarding the issue and I never received a call or email back, that is why I'm writing this reviewHopefully this company will "clean house" and hire people who actually care about the jobs and the people they're helping
