Always friendly and prompt when things needed fixingGreat place to live

I am a new investment property owner in Phoenix I live out of state, so I needed to find a property manager that I could trust to look after my property the same way that I would I interviewed multiple property managers and ultimately selected *** *** and the Biltmore Group LLCEven before I became a client, *** was remarkably responsive and available whenever I called He provided me with invaluable input during the purchase process One of the units that I purchased was vacated before the close of escrow, and *** found a new tenant for me within only a few days and under challenging conditions (the unit needed renovation)! Unlike many property managers that disappear once you've signed the contract, *** is the most responsive manager that I have ever encountered He literally works 24/to keep all of his clients and their tenants happyI have incredibly high workmanship expectations, and *** and his team were able to rehab my property in very short order while sticking to the agreed upon budget *** is a very disciplined and hard worker, and I highly recommend him to owners that want to make sure that their properties are managed cost-effectively without sacrificing quality standards

The Biltmore Group, LLC takes the Revdex.com issues very seriously and works diligently to comply with the Arizona Landlord Landlord/Tenant Act & AZDRE. With that said,I would respectfully disagree with the accounts mentioned by [redacted]. Initially, we dealt directly with Mr. [redacted]...

(Co-Owner of the property) with respect to all aspects of managing the property prior to his relocation out of state. Prior to departing, one of Mr. [redacted] instructions was for us to have a contractor install security doors that were stored on the property. Since we were in the summer days and the doors would rarely be used we waited until the temperature cooled to have them installed.In August, the tenant notified us of a roof leak above the water heater. We emailed the owner asking if he had any type of warranty on the roof.We do that so that we don't incur expense for repairs if they have any coverage. He mentioned in an email that they carried home warranty on the property and provided his policy number. I informed him that more than likely there wouldn't be coverage (As roofs aren't typically covered in home warranty). I requested
Mr. [redacted] to contact his home warranty to inquire and to also authorize us to make future repair requests. Upon speaking to home warranty, Mr. [redacted] emailed us confirming that the roof wasn't covered. We extended Mr. [redacted] the courtesy of using his preferred roofer, we have
not received a response to date. We were concerned the leak could potentially cause additional damage. We proceeded to have the repair
completed as per written authorization of our mutually
signed property management agreement (See lines 51-57 of attached property management agreement) authorizing any repairs up to $1000.00. On October 1st, we received pictures of the exterior of the property taken by Mr. [redacted] while visiting Arizona. We immediately contacted the tenant and served them notice of their breach of rental agreement. The tenant addressed the issue within the allotted time and pictures were emailed to Mr. [redacted] for confirmation. Mr. [redacted] also expressed extreme concern that the exterior was a reflection of the potential condition of the interior. To ease his mind,we performed an interior inspection and emailed Mr. [redacted] interior pictures for confirmation.

We released any outstanding funds that were due to [redacted] & have recieved confirmation from him that he is satisfied with the resolution several months ago. He also informed us that he...

I really have enjoyed working with [redacted]. He has maximized my rental income, taken great care of my properties, and has dealt with some challenging tenant situations with expertise. I find that he goes above and beyond and has my best interests in mind.
What I also appreciate is the fact that [redacted] is easy to get a hold of - he responds quickly and checks come consistently on the 15th. I also appreciate having an online system to be able to log in at my convenience and review my properties' financials.
Highly recommend the Biltmore Group and [redacted].

Working with [redacted] has been nothing but a pleasure and he is always eager to go out of his way to make his customers/ renters happy. We have rented from [redacted] for a year and a half and look forward to renting from him in the future!
