I've been a member since about I've spent thousands of dollar at hcm for new systems and products For the most part I have been treated well and until this year, I have had no real complaints But for the past four systems things have turned badly The systems just don't hold up! Within four weeks the hair falls out It matters little that my life style is very subdue I've handled hcm products for manny years and I resent being told that it is how I treat the system, that causes the hair loss I will not continue to pay out $per month, only to look like I am going bald The problem is hcm, not me The stylist will admit that the systems have changed and no longer hold out for weeks I want to get what I pay for I want it to look natural and not look like I am wearing a cheep piece

Been a Hair Club Member for approxyears Not impressed with the mis informed initial getting Hair System You need to come in twice a month for service which is hard to do as appointments cannot be available as times/days already booked Have had to wait getting to see a Stylyist,so my hair system slide inches above my eyebrow, back hair exposed to my bald spot and sticking tape showing , a total mess Hair cuts hit and miss and usually have to go to a washroom to wet hair down after service or toss on a ball cap on No thought is given to my likes and a good hair style If only I knew of this process would of taken my money and had a hair transplants As spending thousand of dollars a year, disappointed in over all product, receptionist cannot be rude, and you are at her mercy to get those appointments booked If you are a guy, better run, and enjoy being bald

My experience was at the Bala Cynwyd, PA branchI was introduced to the hair club via TV advertisementsI then went on the internet and conducted some research of my ownI was satisfied with the positive results from my research, so I placed a call to the PA branchI explained to the management staff my personal hair issues and they were very polite and comfortingI explained that I still have a full head of hair with the exception of a very small spot in the cap areamy hair had began thinning, but cut low enough it was really not detectableI also explained that my hairline starts back far already and I was also thinning in the frontal area as wellI was given specific information and was very pleased so I set up for a consultation
I reported for my consultation on or about Jan 10, under the impression that I would be able to receive a hair transplant; however, I was informed that I did not have good transplant hair and that being a type II diabetic (w/ very controlled BS) was not a good optionThe staff was very polite and seemed sincere of the information they provided to meI was informed that if I was not satisfied with the plan after signing that I would be able to switch to another plan to my satisfactionI figured that in that case, I can't go wrongI signed off on the paperwork, set my first appointment, received relevant paperwork and departed
A vacant spot became available before my time ,so I was able to report back within a few weeks
My first appointment I received a full top piece; *** was my stylist and she was very professional, kind and did an excellent job blending everything inI received some hair products, information on care and departedBy that evening I realized that it was not for meIt was very uncomfortable and irritatingI reported back the following day and explainedAt that point it was suggested that we only use half the hair for the frontalThat didn't work either as it was too hard to manage and was too noticeable due to looseningNext appointment we cut it down again to approximately a 2xinch strip across the frontAt that time I was informed that since we were using such little hair my total price would $instead of $
After returning home and going to bed that evening I realized the hair piece was not for meIt was simply too hard to manage and it was sticky and messy and began to slide on my headIt was so bad I removed it myself and called the hair club the next morning for a new plan
During this call I was informed that the $ was for something totally different and I was still obligated to pay the $to the lenders plus the $to the club
in payments of $per visit(a month) for one yearI explained that I was under the impression that if the customer was not satisfied, we would simply move on to another planI also explained that I had issues from day one and was currently not wearing the hair pieceI informed the young lady on the phone that I understood their policies and contract agreement and I did understand that I was obligated to pay; however, I explained that I thought the program was about customer satisfaction as all respectful businessesI informed her that I was not satisfied at all and would appreciate it if she could work something out to start me on another plan for my $to prevent me from having to continue paying for service I am not receivingShe stated that she would look into it and call me back that eveningShe did call back the following day w/ a suggested resolution of the first treatments at $freeI explained that I would still be responsible for paying the balance of the $plus $2000, so that not really resolving my issue of paying for treatment which I am not receivingShe then asked if I wanted to cancel my contract w the hair at that timeI asked if she was telling me that I'm paying $for a 2xpiece of hair; her response was yesI canceled the contract and is now repaying $for treatment I am not receiving
Please note that I do understand business from the business as I have run a business for many years and I am a year veteran as a Correctional Captain in Community Correction; so I'm aware of what's reasonable and what's not
I would have even been satisfied with receiving hair products, vitamins, etc; nothing else was offered and it seemed like once I became committed nothing else mattered
Truly,
Ex- Client from Delaware

This people confusing costumers from the beginning to involved in the siswtem and then start to charching high prices .

I've been a member since about 1981. I've spent thousands of dollar at hcm for new systems and products. For the most part I have been treated well and until this year, I have had no real complaints. But for the past four systems things have turned badly. The systems just don't hold up! Within four weeks the hair falls out. It matters little that my life style is very subdue. I've handled hcm products for manny years and I resent being told that it is how I treat the system, that causes the hair loss.
I will not continue to pay out $375.00 per month, only to look like I am going bald. The problem is hcm, not me. The stylist will admit that the systems have changed and no longer hold out for 8 weeks. I want to get what I pay for. I want it to look natural and not look like I am wearing a cheep piece.

Been a Hair Club Member for approx. 2 years. Not impressed with the mis informed initial getting Hair System. You need to come in twice a month for service which is hard to do as appointments cannot be available as times/days already booked. Have had to wait getting to see a Stylyist,so my hair system slide inches above my eyebrow, back hair exposed to my bald spot and sticking tape showing , a total mess. Hair cuts hit and miss and usually have to go to a washroom to wet hair down after service or toss on a ball cap on. No thought is given to my likes and a good hair style. If only I knew of this process would of taken my money and had a hair transplants . As spending thousand of dollars a year, disappointed in over all product, receptionist cannot be rude, and you are at her mercy to get those appointments booked. If you are a guy, better run, and enjoy being bald.
