Dear [redacted] , We are in receipt of [redacted] ’s complaint filed on 09/11/ with the Revdex.com, and we appreciate the opportunity to respond Customer service is very important to us and we take all customer concerns very seriously In her complaint *** [redacted] stated that BankMobile closed her account and refused to refund the money that was in the account at the time it was closed Upon our review, [redacted] was notified of her account closure on 09/11/2017, and on 09/12/we reached out to her to provide different options for receiving the balance in her account She opted to have a check sent via [redacted] overnight delivery, which was completed the same dayThere is no apparent indication that [redacted] was refused her funds, and the check was successfully delivered to her address on file on 09/13/ [redacted] , if we can assist in any other way please feel free to contact me directly Sincerely, Benjamin H [redacted] Assistant Vice President Customer Service Manager, Client Relations
