Review: To whom it may concern:Please be advise that, I [redacted] hired [redacted], [redacted] to represent me in regards to approaching a foreclosure. On August [redacted], 2012 a contract was written up for [redacted] to represent me in the process of a pre-foreclosure and on the basis of $500.00 deducted from my bank account each month which became affective September, 2012. In April of 2013, As per-conversation with [redacted] ([redacted])I informed her that my payments will stop effective May 2013 because [redacted] denied my calls and would not send me any written documents in reference to my situation. I called [redacted] to request for a refund of $4,000.00 out of $5,000.00 because he has not done anything for me. In addition, I spoke to [redacted] ([redacted])to inform her that my house was returned back to the Bank through the process of a short-sale; effective October 2013.I sent a written document to [redacted] in the month of November, 2013 requesting a refund because of his neglect and poor practice in servicing his consumers. I am seeking justice and closure in regards to the above matter.Thanks in advance![redacted]Desired Settlement: I am requesting a refund of at least $4,000.00; will settled for $3,500.00.Thanks in advance![redacted]
