I have a contract with One Hour Heating and AirDuring the contract, I complained about the until that was installed making too much noise and could not sleepOne Hour Heating did several things stating this would resolve the issueIt did not, but stated that was just a noise from the unitI asked about the apples to apples since someone brought to my attention that $8,plus interest was way too much for a ton unitThe company became upset with me for asking about this and stated that there was no other company that could offer the total package that I was receiving, it did not just include the unit, it included the whole packageThey also stated if I had a problem with the unit, I needed to contact ***They blocked my number and I reached out to an attorney in which they did not respond back to the attorneyI recently was having some issues with my unit and needed the a tune upSince my number was blocked, I had a friend to call for them to look at the unit
