Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
I do not agree with the response that *** *** gave to the complaint that I filed with the Revdex.com. He states that I never contacted him, but I have a record of our correspondence through text messages that spans over several months. Within those texts, *** *** repeatedly told me he was going to do right by me. He offered to find me a refurbished engine and replace my engine. He never followed through with this promise. The fact that *** *** offered to replace the engine shows he was aware of the role that his business played in the damaging of my engine. As stated in my original compliant, I have spent countless hours and a lot of money on this issue, and it is only right for *** *** to be held responsible for his mistake.
In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above
Sincerely,
*** ***

He also requested that I perform another oil change as a courtesy, which I did, (along with a courtesy car wash), on July **, 2016, at the request of Vernell J[redacted] so as to accommodate my customers specific requests. I used Mobil 1 oil, as requested by [redacted], even though that product brand was not carried by my facility. I purchased the oil he requested without charge to [redacted] and performed the complete oil change.[redacted] never produced any proofs of his engine seizing even though on every occasion we communicated I requested he support his allegations with “anything” he had other than mere conclusions that to this day has not been supported. On October **, 2016, my attorney received an unsolicited phone call from [redacted]’s attorney, requesting money to avoid suit. My attorney advised that he was familiar with West Point Car Wash, and that if I did wrong, I would make good, as was my reputation. He requested proof of the damages sought. October **, 2016 was the first and last time my attorney received a call from [redacted]’s attorney and the last I heard of this claim until my receipt of the Revdex.com’s letter. In fact, [redacted]’s lawyer was unable to offer any substantiation or proof to my lawyer of any wrongdoing or errors performed by West Point Car Wash. If [redacted] can support his claim that West Point Car Wash caused his engine to seize, I will address and resolve the issue. Until then, I have done everything to accommodate him.
