My car has been there for almost monthThey keep ordering the wrong part that they need to fix They were going to let me leave with my car with a gash on my leather door that one of their technicians left and a part that was not replaced that my insurance already had payed forTHEY DON RETURN YOUR CALLSVery bad managementI still don't have my car back
Banks collision center has just as poor practice and customer service as the main dealership. We have taken our car there on two occassions. The first repair was much longer than anticipated with no communication from the center. The second time we also had no communication, we were told it would take two weeks to repair our vehicle. We questioned the timeframe but ended up leaving the car. At the end of two weeks on the scheduled pick up day we called and were lied to by the receptionist. We were tolf there was a "delay" and it wasn't ready and they were not sure when it would be. We then called out Progresive agent only to learn that the manager had never even ordered our parts in the two weeks it was there. We ultimately had to tow it to another local collision center ( Concord Collision who we highly recommend). DO not trust or conduct business with Banks!
