If you're expecting good service after the sale and installation of a new roof, my recommendation is look elsewhereClow Roofing installed the roof on a rental I own and while it has withstood the test of time, this year, the gutters needed work and the roof needed cleaningThey quoted the job in April and 90-days later I'm still waiting for the work to be completedThe gutter was replaced in June but no one has called or followed up regarding the cleaningI finally contacted Clow and was told the cleaning would be completed this weekNow, 7-days later, no one has shown up or called and when I followed up, I'm told it will be another weekAt this point, I'd go elsewhere for the cleaning and will go elsewhere for my next roof when the time comes! It makes sense they would go after bigger jobs first but why bid something you're not going to be able to deliver on it for months? The people I've talked to all seem to care very little making me believe this is the accepted standard of customer service
