My Name is [redacted] ***, this situation was brought to my attention Monday upon returning from some time offfacts can often get convoluted between two different parties, so to stay with some facts that we do know is that our Technician was bitten by there dog and required a mandatory medical evaluation, there was quite a bit of bruising with what appeared to be one puncher wound, turned out to be a first aid treatmentAccording to our Technician this Dog has been aggressive in the past towards him and we felt it was best not to put our Technician's in a known situation in the future at this residenceMy supervisor called the number on there account to notify them of our decision, the only number we had happened to be the Mother of the occupant of the house, there was no intention in calling her motherwe are very sorry for the situation that has happened, but feel it is best for both parties to go in different directions from this point going forwardI am always available if any party wants to contact me with any further concerns or questions, again we are very sorry for this situation that has accorded
