Banks Quarles Plumbing, Heating,Cooling & Electrical

I called banks quarles january 22..at 6:am and ask foe someone to come out and fix my commode and put washers in bathroom sinks to keep them from leaking....I ask if someone could come as soon as possible because it was a group homeI also ask if someone could call before they come and the person on the phone said they always call min..before coming so you can be expecting them..I gave him phone numbers and told him that I woud be at one of the numbers at all times today...I called back at 2:pm and talked with a lady and she assured me I was still on thier schedule for today..at 5;00Pm I called back and ask did they work at night too because no one had called me yet..the lady that I talked to said she would call the tech and call me backa few min later she called back and said they would come the next day..when I got back home at 5:I had a message on my home phone that they had called trying to come I gave different phone numbers and called them times to check my appointment...why didnt anyone say we are trying to contact you ??/I dont think I will ever call them again for anything...I AM STRESSED OUT WITH BANKS QUARLES>>>
