Revdex.com Representative,
This complaint is not true and I ask that the consumer be advised of claimsBut to clarify I sold the unit to Mrs *** *** 1/years ago the (original owner of the house & grandmother-n-law)Mrs *** *** ask for
my cheapest unit and did not contract me to change out the preexisting refrigerant linesThe refrigerant lines started leaking from some chemicals leaking out of a barrel rusted out under the houseThe best I remember we did not charge them for that repair and treated it as warrantyIt was not warranty, it was a chemical issue that I made *** *** (***'s husband) aware ofWe did charge them an after hours charge because unit went out on a Thursday and they waited until Saturday to callThe issue with construction work/blower motor was similar in the fact we did not charge for the motor because it was warranty but we did inform the *** that the factory "could" void the warranty if they found non warranty damage to the motor since they had construction going onThe *** called multiple times after we replaced the motorOne call they said it didn't seem to be blowing strong enough so I sent a tech who found nothing wrongThe second call was from *** *** turning the breaker off and did not tell his wife *** which we responded to that call as wellWe did bill for the three trips together along with the labor for the motor but we did not bill for the motorThe last call was when we replaced the control voltage amp fuse "with" a amp breakerAt the same time my tech repaired some wires and remove some fiberglass insulation that was laying on the control boardAs I made Mrs *** aware this is what we typically see when a mouse gets in a unit, I never said she had a rodent problemMy techs had told her they would never have to have fuses replaced again, if they had future problems we could reset the breaker and look for the root of the problemThe understanding of fuses and/or breakers is they blow/trip when something else is wrong which I also explain to Mrs ***Monday she said her unit was out again and wanted to know if it was under warranty with us or the factoryI told her it was with the factory and I could give her the phone numbers to the factory or the brand supplierI then told her "good luck" with the supplier because they haven't given much help in providing another dealer for this areaI did not mean to come across as sarcastic but with "good luck" taken out of context that is how it soundsI was not "irate" with her but very professionalI even called her back with the history of here unit and offered her the phone numbers againI also told her like I have told others "It is ok if you do not trust our judgment in service, you do not have to use us and you should use someone you trust"She choose to call Four Season which is her choseHowever they are not a York Dealer which raises question to part of her complaintIt is also not important that they made it out in hours and the fact we had already removed the insulation and repaired the wireThey supposedly replace the "fuse" which we had already removed and put in a breakerNever the less that is not the problemThe problem is why is the breaker/fuse keep tripping/blowing, which is what we were trying to help Mrs *** *** withIt looks like Mrs *** *** is ask that the 1/year old unit that she did not purchase have an ongoing warranty with my company for free labor and trip chargesI do recommend this mechanical working system be service for safety and ware but it is not requiredI have up held the parts warranty which I have explained to the ***sI can not give free labor for ongoing call that the *** could prevent such as removing the barrel from under there house or communications between her and her husbandAs far as her "desired settlement" goes, we have an open work order (not a bill) for the breaker but did not plan on creating a bill until ample time has past to ensure all is wellAs we now know there is another problem since the fuse/breaker has tripped/blown againThis is a 1/year lower end system that has not been serviced and the *** need to be aware that future repairs may arise that cost to handleIf it is a matter of not having the funds they should have told meThat is something we completely understand and gladly help may withBut as far as the direction Mrs *** *** has chosen to complain when she has not received a bill which II can not helpWe will leave this as an open work order and will not send it to collections but that disables me from helping the *** in the futureThank You
Joe Banks

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me as I feel they are still telling lies and it is falling into our word against theirs and vise versa. I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.
Regards,
