Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:First of all, they had a third party contact me, someone who had just come back from maternity leaveShe apologized to me for the treatment while getting my cat medical helpI was satisfied with her apology until this responseShe was more kind sounding and apologetic on the phone than in this response that sounds like I lied!! The vet told me the night of the visit it would cost $picked up my cat the next night and the bill was $a slight differenceA payment plan was set up and interest was never discussedI was never told that payment plans were for emergencies onlyHe got sick again with the same type problem I called and asked what should I doThey went and talked to the vet he said bring him inI did and the moment I got there the receptionist told me that we are not going to help you on creditI told her I had just made a payment days priorit was rediculous!!!!!!! This whole episode has cost me over $I cannot confirm that their fees are lower than anyone elseI did take my animal to Newburg vet HospitalThey were friendly, helpful, generous and very kind to me and my catThey didn't over charge and easily allowed a payment plan with no interest or added feesI highly recommend them for a great experience for you and your pet.I had accepted her apology until I read this response and am being basically called a liarNice! OK then the foriegner with black hair was rude and so was the blond at the counter as well as Steve the VETNobody came across as anything other than they were RUDE!!!!!!!! Thanks for ruining my Christmas Eve when I came to get pain meds for my cat who was howling in pain., as the vet instructed me to doI had just given them the last of my $$$ days before for payment and couldnt buy their pain meds forThey were extremely rude and uncaring and the spirit of Christmas was no where to be found thereI'm sorryI was ok with this until your terribly insulting responseAdmit they were wrong because they were! We responded to the complaint, have had at least two conversations with the client about this complaint since then, and have credited her account for the disputed charges

She apologized to me for the treatment while getting my cat medical help. I was satisfied with her apology until this response. She was more kind sounding and apologetic on the phone than in this response that sounds like I lied!!  The vet told me the night of the visit it would cost $200. picked up my cat the next night and the bill was $429.00 a slight difference. A payment plan was set up and interest was never discussed. I was never told that payment plans were for emergencies only. He got sick again with the same type problem .  I called and asked what should I do. They went and talked to the vet he said bring him in. I did and the moment I got there the receptionist told me that we are not going to help you on credit. I told her I had just made a payment 2 days prior. it was rediculous!!!!!!!  This whole episode has cost me over $700.00. I cannot confirm that their fees are lower than anyone else. I did take my animal to Newburg vet Hospital. They were friendly, helpful, generous and very kind to me and my cat. They didn't over charge and easily allowed a payment plan with no interest or added fees. I highly recommend them for a great experience for you and your pet.I had accepted her apology until I read this response and am being basically called a liar.
