Review: First Im sorry for any mistack in my English ,I would rather to call you guys and explain what happened to me it will be much eazy ,the guy there chrched me full laber 70$in hr even he didint fix the car and I called AAA to get ther car to ather place Im not complan for that he chrched me I would never take advantag of what de does what I acccually dont know but foer that he didnt fix the car in my openion he could be much nicer with charching me the full price and also I was asking him to put the part what he bouht it frome [redacted] back that I can at least retun it he said if hes gonna do that he is gonna charch me to and on the phon he said it takes him 1 hr to but it bage wich its mean another 70 $and the part cost 69,70 and I tried to tell him if its possible to kome little down with the 70$hr because I still can not drive the car because he told me it gonna damage your engain and if I have 1 day to take my car because they dont have a place for it and if I dont have the mony I cant get my car after calling some good friend of mien they all agree that he shoudnt be like this and I disided to give him the money wich was 280$and he said if I want I can go to auto zone and reter the part myself and he didint gave me any resept for thet he said he is gonna call theme and tell theme wich was fin for me and after asking him to be at lest onse nice and put the old part in and giv me the new one that I can retern it he was buzzy and he said ok no problem its gonna take me 2 minets to do that talking with another custumer wich was an another big sine for me that is somthing wrong with the bill because when he was explain me the 3 hr he was workin in my car one of those hr was charching me fo replace that part and now because he is buzzy it will takes him just 3 minets to but it back also he didint gave me any recipt for what hes don in my car even I asked him for that he said he is don with thise car thinking that he dose a very very good thing for me when he replaced the old part without charchinDesired Settlement: I trust on you guys I just dont know

Review: I took my vehicle to Banksville Auto to have new power steering lines put in and paid them $281.00 to complete this on 7/29/14. I contacted them on 8/2 spoke to [redacted] and let them know that my power steering was leaking. I stopped at the shop at 10am because I could not steer my vehicle and it had never done this before. No one was in. I left two voicemails asking for the owner to contact me. I took my vehicle to another mechanic who told me that the power steering lines were installed incorrected being crossthreaded and ruined my power steering rack which is going to cost $506.74. I paid $40.43 for this company to inspect my vehicle and try to tighten the lines the best that they could until I could get it to Banksville Auto.I contacted [redacted] and [redacted] at Banksville Auto on 8/4 @ 9am when they opened. [redacted] told me that he completed the repairs and did not cross thread them so he was not responsible for replacing the power steering rack. [redacted] told me that they were not cross threaded and it was my fault that they power steering rack went bad, not their repair work that caused it. He told me that he is in charge as the owner is not available. I advised [redacted] that if they did not repair the power steering rack at no charge to me, since their technician caused the damage, that I was going to file complaints with the Revdex.com. I paid them $281.00 for a job that they did incorrectly and is costing me a lot more.Desired Settlement: I am asking that the money that I have to pay further for my vehicle to be repaired be refunded to me since the technician at Banksville Auto caused the damage. I am also requesting my $281.00 be refunded due to the repair being done incorrectly and for my inconvenience. I now have to make further arrangements for transportation to get additional work done to my truck and come up with money that I should not have to.
