On April 9, 2014, I contacted US Bank Convenient Cash Cardholder Services requesting a new debit card. I still have not received my debit card.
On April 9, 2014, I contacted US Bank Convenient Cash Cardholder Services for a new debit card. They stated I would receive the card within 5-7 business days and that there would only be a $15.00 charge. As of 4/22/2014, I still haven't received my my new replacement debit card, which is more than the 5-7 business days. I contacted customer services and the people are always so rude! Even the manager is unhelpful. Finally, yesterday, 4/22/2014, I spoke with a manager who canceled the replacement card indicating that it must be lost in the US mail. I requested expedited services and agreed to pay $30.00 fee. The manager stated she would re-issue a new card to me and that I should receive it within 2-business days via UPS. She also told me to call back and request that fees are waived since I did not receive my replacement within 5-7 business per the company's terms and conditions. Today, 4/23/2014 I contacted customer services to follow up on the status of my debit to see when will I receive it, and was told that I will receive it within 2-3 business days. I also noticed that US Bank Convenient Cash had withdrew $15.00 replacement fee and a $30.00 service fee from my account, which is a total of $45.00 fee. I asked to speak with a manager and was forwarded to speak with a manager named [redacted] who was most rude and difficult. I asked her to waive the $15.00 replacement fee since I have not yet received my debit card within 5-7 business days and I stated that because of the delay, I cannot access any money from account without the debit card and as a result I am experiencing great financial hardship. [redacted] was most rude and rigid with me. She stated no, she was not going to waive the $15.00 fee. This manager was so rude she should be fired! She didn't care about what they have put me through. I have money in the account, but without my replacement debit card I cannot withdraw any money from my account. They lied about shipping me my replacement card as I never got it and it was well over 7 business days. I waited and waited and kept checking the mail everyday, but still my debit card never, ever arrived because this company is a scam!!! Charging customers for a service that was never rendered is a crime!
