As stated on our website, in our order confirmation and in the email confirmation as a policy we are not responsible if a carrier loses or damages a package or itemsIf a customer claims something is damaged we will file a claim with the carrier if possibleThis customer placed an order in the past (516) saying an item was damagedHe selected [redacted] Surepost as the shipping method and unfortunately [redacted] does not allow claims for SurePostDespite this we issued a one-time courtesy for the customer and replaced the item for himIn the most recent complaint the customer said he received damaged items but he once again selected SurePost as the shipping method and [redacted] does not allow claimsWe had already given this customer a one-time courtesyHe became angry, incredibly rude to us and made threats against usBecause of his actions we were now longer able to accept orders from him

[redacted] ***, The Certification Process at the dealership remains unchanged and while we do rely on [redacted] postings which are shared with each client at time of purchase they often can leave out late notices and postings which possibly had occured in your case at a date after the sale The Certification inspection is very through and it is acceptable that a vehicle has had panels replaced or repaired within guidelines - the [redacted] today would show an repair in excess of $ [redacted] which on a [redacted] in [redacted] could be very smallAt anyrate if repairs were perfvormed correctly the certifaction would continue and be offered for sale The vehicle was purchased over years ago and served you for 76k miles or more Any possible Goodwill would have been at time of trade in at Peter Pan [redacted] for another *** I am sorry we cannot accomaate you regarding any refunds but would certainly consider transaction consessions on the purchase of another vehicle?

Client Ken*** purchased a new vehicle in and also purchased a extended Maintenance Plan for Maintenance including Brakes
The BMW Warranty and the Maintenance plan does not cover the current condition on the head lamp as the head lamp wiring harness has been modified and is the cause of
the current condition
The client contested/disputed the diagnosis charges $with his credit card company and they ruled in Peter Pan BMWs favor
My service manager Dave Brum would be happy to discuss and revisit available repair and replacement discounts directly at ***, however the manufacture warranty does not cover a modified item

What I received was not something that was damaged through shippingThe box it was shipped in was completely fine and not damaged at allAlso, since when was "im going to report you" a threat? Of course I became very angry, the customer service I have received was extremely unpleasantThat should not be something that causes a complete ban from a company

[Your Answer Here] Hi, when I placed my order it was with the understanding that the items were brand new otherwise I wouldn't have ordered the items. No where did/does it mention the items may have damage of any kind or may not be new. I would not expect anything bought as new to have any damage no matter how small or big. I sent the company evidence pictures of all the damaged items as they requested. The fact they have offered $15 per item shows they are accepting responsibility for the damaged items. Ask the company to show you the pictures that I sent them which shows more than " Just a scratch" the items look like they had been either thrown or kicked around? I am willing to send the items back for a full refund of the items but the company don't want to accept this and won't pay for any delivery costs. The items in their current state are of no use to me as they were for my disabled son, so when he met the wrestlers he could get them signed. I wouldn't have paid out the excessive delivery charges for second hand damaged items. Just because I'm from the UK the company in question thinks they can get away with providing a poor service to myself, included in that is their rude and aggressive customer service responses (About 10 emails) I will NEVER shop with this company ever again. I really appreciate your help with this matter and hope I get a full refund as requested.Yours[redacted]

past (5/**/16) saying an item was damaged. He selected [redacted] Surepost as the shipping method and unfortunately [redacted] does not allow claims for SurePost. Despite this we issued a one-time courtesy for the customer and replaced the item for him. In the most recent complaint the customer said he received damaged items but he once again selected SurePost as the shipping method and [redacted] does not allow claims. We had already given this customer a one-time courtesy. He became angry, incredibly rude to us and made threats against us. Because of his actions we were now longer able to accept orders from him.

Certification inspection is very through and it is acceptable that a vehicle has had panels replaced or repaired within guidelines - the [redacted] today would show an repair in excess of $[redacted] which on a [redacted] in [redacted] could be very small. At anyrate if repairs were perfvormed correctly the certifaction would continue and be offered for sale.
The vehicle was purchased over 8 years ago and served you for 76k miles or more.
Any possible Goodwill would have been at time of trade in at Peter Pan [redacted] for another [redacted].
I am sorry we cannot accomaate you regarding any refunds but would certainly consider transaction consessions on the purchase of another vehicle?
