Banner Bee Company

Review: Placed order on 04/12/2014 and was told "Your items will be shipped from our facility to the address provided within 4-5 business days from receipt of payment unless otherwise notified." Although I provided all my credit card information online, the payment has not yet been applied, and I have not been told anything about why the order process has not moved since the order date. I waited two weeks to hear back anything from Banner Bee until I called and left a voicemail on the number provided. I did not hear back for a few days and called again as well as sent an email in the morning of 05/02/2014. I have yet to hear back anything and am approaching 1 month since I spent $100 on honey that I have yet to receive (or even be notified of it's whereabouts, or standing of the order in general). There has been no effort on the side of the company to contact and resolve the issue, and this is the second time I have had to deal with this issue. The first time, I got the product 1.5 months later with no explanation about the delay. I am hesitant to place another order because of this company's inability to respond to it's customers.Desired Settlement: I would like my product to arrive promptly (as I was told it would) and I would like to be told why there was such a delay in 1) Delivery of my order, 2) Contacting me about my order, and 3) Giving any form of updates about my order.
