When dealing with any spill on seat it might take more than one visit to remove spot from seat when the beans were spilled. I never received any call from customer regarding their dissatisfaction of the job, I would have surely made it right for customer. I did upon the first email from

All of our prices listed start off for two seat vehicles. I have spoken with the service writer that was hear that day he stated to me that the customer had asked him to spot buff the vehicle customer agreed to spot buff, the price for any buffing service is right around 200 to 225 dollars depending on a couple of factors. So with the detail services being 169.99 for the interior detail and the buff priced at 190.00 he price would be that amount for the services. We have had a lot of confusion with the group on because customers think that they get a full detail for the 80.00 dollars. we do have multiple group on deals one being a complete detail of vehicle for 134.99. as for the services that customer stated that he did not get washing of a truck bed is a extra charge. I'm very sorry that the customer feels like he did not get the services I cant refund the 80.00 dollars as it was purchased through group on . what I will do is put back the 80.00 on a group on card and they can use it again at any of our locations.. ...⇄[redacted] ...⇄ General Manager
To whom it may concern, I am one of the managers at Genie Car Wash @ [redacted] I spoke with this customer personally concerning the damage to her vehicle. As I explained to her in person, we do not have any paint on the property with which we could have covered up...
this scratch. Nor would we have any reason to hide something like this as we have a local body shop that repairs these types of things for us should the need arise. After explaining this to her I told her that although we had not caused the damage or put the paint onto her vehicle to hide the damage, we would be more than happy to remove the paint for her. She was amicable to this and I asked one of my employees to use the necessary chemical to remove the paint. As he did so the scratch underneath began to show through (see attached image) and we stopped the process at the customer's request. She restated that she believed we had caused the damage, at which point I reassured her that there is absolutely no way it happened on our site and that we would not be taking responsibility for it. She requested a phone number to speak with someone at the corporate office, which I provided along with my name and the name of the person she should ask to speak with, as well as the information that the home office would be closed the following day (Memorial Day) and that she should call on Tuesday (5/30/17).
