I am refusing the response that Green River Appliance gave to you guys at the Revdex.com. The email address they have is incorrect and it should be *** and all along they were emailing it as ***. So I never really even received any of their emails, plus the fact that I live less than a half mile from them and they can't even pick up a phone to call and let me know what's going on. During those seven and a half months that I've been complaining to them, making numerous visits to their store they never once reached out to me to settle this problemIt wasn't until I posted a very long blog on their Website and on their Facebook account that they finally decided to do something about the problem
They never told me that by ordering furniture that it was a special order and that it could not be returnedTheir entire store is made up with very few pieces of different styles, so that a person would have to order furniture pretty much most of the timeBut in their response to the Revdex.com they enclosed only the invoices and they typed down on the 1st invoice that it was a special orderThose invoices were both delivery ticketsOn the original paper work It never said that it was a special order and couldn't be returnedEven if it did, they showed poor customer service and I was treated like I had the plagueThey wouldn't talk to me when I went into the store it was if they saw me coming and that salesman hid and the others would cover for himI once asked to speak with the owner and they wouldn't even give me his nameOnly once did I get the salesman to speak to me on a one on one basis and even then I never got any information that I needed
They state in their answer that on the second delivery that a salesman looked at the furniture before it went outThe two guys that delivered it to me, I made a point to show both of them the small holes and pinch in the leather before it was sent backI even felt bad for the guys that delivered it so I bought their lunch that day by tipping them $to split between themBut before they left I asked them to go back and show them why I refused the furniture and to have the salesman call meYes he did call me to give me the *** Reps number and if the furniture was perfect like they claim, why did the salesman call me to give me a number why didn't he ask why I returned it and tell me that there's nothing wrong with itOh...yes I know because I am right about the fact that they have poor customer service and the furniture is poorly put together
I am asking for a full refund and do not want to deal with them anymoreWhy would I want a store credit? If I go in there I know I will be treated poorlyPlus I already know the quality of their productsThat is why I am asking for a full refund of the total price that I am outIf I have had seven and a half months of hell with Green River Appliance, why would I want to do that all over again by buying more stuff only to argue with them about it

I think it was awful funny that you originally stated that Green River Appliance sent out emails to me. I asked on 4 different occasions for them to be resent to me. The only email I originally ever did received was from [redacted] and he only emailed me after I complained on your website and it only states that he was in a meeting at 9 and would get back to me. That was the one and only email I ever did receive, but the funny part is you entered as part of evidence emails that had the wrong address but yet I can prove that [redacted] one of your trusted employees had my address email correct once! Just goes to prove a fact that you guys are shady and will do anything in order to make a sale. I was never told that there would be a restocking fee so I guess you guys think you won! There's no winner in this situation just know that. If there was a restocking fee it should be on the original sales bill, could you please provide me with a copy. Since you have my email address correct you can sent it via email and save yourself the cost of postage.

This is in response to a complaint filed by [redacted]
Mr. [redacted] purchased a leather [redacted] special order chair and ottoman on December 16, 2014, He paid for the purchase with a credit card. It was explained to Mr. [redacted] that special orders are non-refundable. The chair &...

ottoman were delivered to him on February 6,2015.
Mr. [redacted] was not happy with the merchandise. We sent the chair & ottoman back to [redacted] for them to replace and or repair any damaged or defective pieces. Once the chair was returned to Green River Appliance, [redacted] inspected it as well and saw no flaws.
Mr. [redacted] was still not happy with the merchandise and returned it to us. We have issued Mr. [redacted] a 100% store credit for $2957,40. We have emailed Mr. [redacted] from 2 different emails
and computers. He claims to not have received any of the emails. We have now sent him a certified letter with copies of the emails sent as well as his original invoice and copy of the credit invoice,

Green River Appliance has sent Mr. [redacted] a refund check in the amount of $2218.05 dated 8/18/15. This amount is less a 25% re-stocking fee, Mr. [redacted] received this check by registered mail on 8/24/15. The check cleared our bank on 9/14/15.
This was the best resolution we found as we are aware that Mr. [redacted] would never use a credit in our store.
