This complaint involves possible fraudulent billing involving my elderly mother and this company constantly calling her. She can not hear and also they have now sent her out supplies she never ordered and my guess is billing to her insurance carrier against her will. Also I help her with her medical issues and I called this company to speak with a supervisor. I was hung up three times they did not want to give me any names of themselves or extension and told me they had no supervisors available. I let them know I have billed medicare and DME products for over 25 years and what they are doing looks fraudulent and I was giving them a chance to redeem themselves and pick up these products to no avail? No I am making a report they are doing this to vulnerable people and I can Only imagine how much they are billing fraudulently under elderly peoples insurances?
