I am rejecting this response because:this bill has nothing to do with the HIPPA lawsthis has to do with me being billed for charges incurred by my grandson *** ***, that have nothing to do with mehe is in the custody of his parents and they are responsible for this bill I have not been contacted by Banner

Tell us why here... [redacted], had originally called [redacted]'s phone number, as it was the number on the letter we receive. She inadvertantly missed the Grandfather's phone number ([redacted] we had on 2/19/15. [redacted] called [redacted] and spoke to [redacted], the grandfather today and informed him he is no longer listed as the responsible party. She also provided him with her direct number for any future questions. Thank you, [redacted] Banner Lassen Medical Center [redacted]

Review: I am being billed for a service from Banner Hospital that I did not take t my grandson to. I did not authorize or sign for. His mother did. My grandson did not live with me nor did I have guardianship. I have sent Banner a letter along with a copy of the Court Order of the guardianship being terminated on 8/28/2014. Date of service was 2/07/2015. I have called, mailed and gone in person to give them this information along with the parents information. I am now being threatened with collections. WHEN I HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH THIS IN ANY WAY. Please advice on what to do. as my efforts are being ignored.Desired Settlement: take my name off the bill, no more threats of Collections and bill his parents. as they are responsible for him not me.
