I am willing to accept the response. Once I receive the refund, the complaint can be closed. However it is almost 10 days from the business's response claiming the refund was issued. The fact is...

that the refund was NOT even issued yet. Please keep the complaint open for me to update again once I receive the refund. Thanks!

Thank you. Now it is clear.Yes, I would like to reject the business response. The promised refund was NEVER issued. I can NOT close the complaint until the refund is received.

The promised documentation, which was supposed to be completed last weekend (9/19-9/20) was never received.  Having waited an additional week for the documentation to come through, I am now rejecting the response.  Also, note that the spacing of the traps have not been addressed.Regards,

we have issued a full refund to this customer despite work that had been previously performed.

[redacted], the owner, contacted me by phone on 11/23, the day after my complaint, and said he would come out to my property on either 11/24 or 11/25 to complete the work.  He also said the phone number I had for him was not working and he would text me from a more reliable number.  My wife and/or I were home on the 24th and 25th and never saw [redacted].  He also never sent me the other phone number.  He then texted me from the original number on 11/30 to ask how my lawn was doing.  I replied on 12/1 that there had been some additional animal damage.  He replied on 12/4 that he would be coming back, but did not say when.  In his most recent response to my complaint he says he will be coming out Monday, which I assume means 12/7, the Monday following his 12/4 text.  My wife was home on 12/7 and did not see [redacted] or anyone else from his company.  Therefore, I am unable to confirm [redacted]'s claim that he has come over and completed the work, and the evidence I have suggests he has not.

I agreed to refund the money she paid however on a phone conversation I made it clear she would have to wait until the beginning of the year when funds clear up.

He is all set. We've treated and the issue is 100% resolved.

I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does satisfy my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint #[redacted] from Banner Pest Control came by my property on December 9, 2015 to try a different treatment, which seems to have worked.  Although I am disappointed that it took 64 days to finally resolve this issue, during whihc time my lawn was severely damaged, my complaint has been addressed.  I understand that by choosing to accept the business response that my complaint will be closed as resolved.
