After a huge hassle to get through their *** "proofing" stage, and assurance from a customer service rep over the phone that if there was a problem they'd take care of it, I finally got my prints (which are all made and shipped from India, this is NOT a North American company). They were absolutely TERRIBLE! Blurry edges, noticeable aliasing, and printing errors in fine details - and this was from a vector EPS. Either they adjusted my artwork, after I told them not to, OR their equipment and knowledge of the print business is sub-standard.
I tried contacting customer service through chat and phone, and they couldn't answer basic questions. They asked to submit a "real-time" photo of the print (whatever THAT means), And then they told me that they couldn't see a problem, and they wouldn't be doing anything to help me.
I tried emailing them again with no response. I tried calling them, but couldn't get through, even to their automated system. I tried calling from my wife's phone, and got through right away. Are they blocking my number? They put me on hold and then told me they'd phone back in an hour. It's been almost 24 hours, and I've heard nothing back. I tried calling them from my phone again, but can't get through. Calling any other customer service line gets through fine - I'm convinced they're avoiding me and blocking my number.

***. Their customer service is poor to non-existent. The product I received is USELESS to me. Their guarantee isn't worth the electricity used to display the web page it's hosted on.***.

I ordered 3 banners for various events for my company. We order banners fairly often, so we were looking for other suppliers that could deliver quickly. I ordered an 8'x8' backdrop for already existing 8x8 frames. We receive the banners promptly, but the backdrops do not fit on our stand. We measure and the backdrops are actually 7.5'x7.5' and the material does not stretch so there isn't a way to get them on the stand. The answer from customer service was basically that we needed to buy their stands, then it will make it an 8'x8'. What? No. A unit of measurement is standard, and there was no indicator on the product description that it the actual size would be anything different. The actual size of the banner and frame are 7.5'x7.5'. Their product is being falsely advertised *** and their customer satisfaction guarantee is a ***.

Last time ordered from you guys, you sharpened my images when they were blown up to be bigger on the signs. They looked great last time. Now I get them and they are blurry with choppy edges from pixels. I know your design team could have fixed this before it went to print. These signs are for a business. When the logo for the sign was created, the only thing that was pixeled was the ant. Everything else was sharp. Yet when I received the signs, everything but the website was blurry.

Each time I call the companies listed number I'm put on hold for six minutes. Then I'm asked to leave a message. They never call back.

I then accessed Banner Buzz's online chat. The individual I exchanged messages with confirmed he was in Canada. When I caught him, he changed his story and said he was in Georgia and promised I would receive a call from an "executive" within the hour. An hour passed. No phone call.

I called again, out on hold, and exactly at six minutes I was asked to leave my name and phone number.

In my purchasing position I deal with numerous companies. This stands out for extremely poor customer service.

! ***. I was guaranteed delivery of a custom designed banner for a clients wedding day on the 20th and didn't receive my order till the next day. They stated several times I was guaranteed delivery by the 20th. Then the night of the 20th I called freaking out and they guaranteed me delivery by 9am the following day. Then they changed it to 10am by the time we got off the phone. Imagine how stressful it was when at 10am it still didn't arrive I looked up tracking again and it stated not till 12pm!! I called *** right away and they informed me that they didn't even generate the billing information for shipping to take place until the night of the 20th! I didn't get it until AFTER I already had to leave for the wedding this backdrop was for! I had to refund the client several hundreds of dollars because of them and they can bet that I am super super angry. They completely dropped the ball here and cost me hundreds! I am furious and will be contacting my attorney to recover my losses and leaving their company a VERY detailed reviews everywhere I can. Their staff was dishonest with me and cannot believe this actually happened. Their company ruined the live photo booth event for my clients wedding day. When I contacted them again to let them know how furious I was they tried to blame me *** and say I never uploaded the files. *** I uploaded so many freaking times. They even verified on the phone when I called on the 18th that they did have the files but that they weren't sure they were mine because I didn't put my middle name in the upload area. Just my first name, last name, and email. Apparently that wasn't enough information to know that those files I uploaded over a dozen times were for my order. Even though my name and email address are in my file. *** company who has caused me to now have a bad review coming my way for my wedding services. You can bet I would give them less than 1 star if I could.

I can imagine this was a stressful and difficult time for you. We work hard to provide great products and the best service possible. In rear occasions, unforeseen situations will cause our best part of our company, our Customer, to lose faith in us. We will look into this matter and try our best to make sure this does not happen again. We have processed a full refund for the order and we hope you can find it in your heart to forgive.
