Titles for the material is Misleading - Clear Front Adhesive Cling - has no adhesive. Was expecting a cling with a low tack adhesive this came as just a standard cling and just fell on the floor. They will not refund or at least give a partial. They referred it to an "Static Glue" there is not such a thing, either cling or cling with adhesive! Customer service is only through email, the # is to an answering service that can not solve issues. Agent refers you to the email for so called problem solving which there is none.

Unable to receive full refund from company.
Due to confusion with my order, I cancelled it on July 21 and requested full refund. Order total was $20.27. I received a partial refund of $2.99 on July 28. I have requested the additional $17.28 multiple times since then, and each time I have been told "please allow us a few days for processing."

Desired Outcome

I would like the additional $17.28 refunded.

Finally received the remaining amount refunded to me this morning.

The Banner Buzz company took my payment and never delivered the banner product I ordered.

I tried to order a step and repeat. Too bad this order only included hardware and not the actual step and repeat, learned that after paying.
I ordered a step and repeat for what I thought was a great price. Turns out, it was hardware only and did not include the graphics. This would be fine if it was much more clear on the page that the price being quoted did not include the step and repeat. Instead, their team did not attempt to contact me until 24 hours AFTER my cars was charged. Now I have to cancel my order, wait on a refund, and try again somewhere else. No way am I going to pay this company another $480 on top of the $200 I already wasted.

Desired Outcome

I would like BannerBuzz to be more clear with their advertising and state, upfront, that these "incredible" prices are not for the product shown and described.

I placed my order on May 10, 2020. I recwived an email on May 21st, stating there would be a 3 to 4 day delay but I woukd receive my product on or before May 27th would I like to procees. I replied please proceed with order. I received another email thanking me and saying they are processing my order. I checked status today and it was still saying processing. I called and am now told It wiukd be shipped out on Monday! I told the agent I would contact the Atlanta office. After disconnecting the call I recwived another email saying my order was on hold and it woukd be another 4 to 5 day delay! I was awaiting two refunds of $19.95 from my other orders they botched. I have yet ro receive that either. I have email documenting everything I have went through with thia company for the last month.

Desired Outcome

Billing Adjustment On this ladt order. I woukd like my money returned for the expedited shipping cost. Which was $19.95. In addtion, my other monies for shipping costs.

It has been resolved in part. I was issued 2 of the 3 refubds I requested. I also finally received the last of the 4 orders I placed.
