Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The only reason I got my banners is because I reported to the Revdex.com, you guys SUPPOSDLEY pride yourself on having GREAT customer service but I had called over time and spoke to different managers and they kept on giving me the wrong information and giving me delivery dates! The worst part about this process is not ONCE did a manager follow up with meHonestly if someone could have ATLEAST called even after the fact that would have made it better, but obviously you guys don't careI spent $in organizing a grand party for my company but it was ruined because you could not deliver my products in days! Advertising is a BIG part of my business and I was not able toTHANKS banners on the CHEAPI guess you get what you pay for Regards, [redacted]

Greetings, I have reviewed the order and at this point it everything has been delivered (all banners on 10/and posts on 10/30/15)and we refunded the customer in the amount of $146.18, which was the cost of the posts and an additional 15% for the inconvenience Please let me know if you need any further info!!!

Good afternoon,This customer requested manager contact yesterday afternoon, I called her and we came to a resolution within that callI refunded the entirety of the order back to this customer, and she was happy with that and said that was a fair resolution in her eyesI think this complaint was

The worst part about this process is not ONCE did a manager follow up with me. Honestly if someone could have ATLEAST called even after the fact that would have made it better, but obviously you guys don't care. I spent $1742 in organizing a grand party for my company but it was ruined because you could not deliver my products in 20 days! Advertising is a BIG part of my business and I was not able to. THANKS banners on the CHEAP. I guess you get what you pay for
