Complaint # [redacted] Client called us to put double sided sign on the pylonWe send her quote attached above with the print and new pieces for inserts to put it in the sign and also advice her that we will do the site check to make sure that if you need new inserts or notSo you are not paying for new inserts for no reasonwe did the site check and old pieces were work able and didn't really need new insertswe talked to client and removed the inserts from the orderNew order were just for printed decals for both sidedWe didn't charge her for new inserts, just charged her for printed decals to go on existing piecesAttached is the copy of the invoiceThen we sent here proof of the design to make sure design is good, there is no errorAttached is the copy of the proofOn the proof we sent it to her, it says decal on itShe came to our shop and we also showed to here materialShe approved the proof thru her email with date, time stump and proof number been approved to make sure everyone is accountableThen she called in that she has issue with installation date and I tried to help her change the installation to Friday oct when we were installing the decals she had issue that old pieces are dirty or old, why we are not putting new piecesThen she called in again and talked to me againI tried to explain her that you never been charged for new piece and if you want new pieces you need to pay as per quote we sent youShe didn't want to do that so installers said old inserts are not that bad we can still put the decals on itShe agreed to itOn the top of that I gave her the 20% discountShe also agreed to that tooThen We called her for payment on Monday Oct and she wants more discount and then she didn't wanna pay at all and threatened to call here lawyer and complained to Revdex.comI even ask her to meet me on the site to show me the issuesFirst she would not agree then she was gonna meet there tomorrow PmBut Now she has complained so we will go thru Revdex.com She is getting the decals that's what she approved and also getting the 20% discountWe tried to solve that issueIts not even our faultShe got better price for the same work she were gonna pay in fullI attached quote, invoice and proof that she approved [redacted] Sam K***

Price was changed because on the quote price includes lexan for insert and invoice is just for decalsThat's what I am trying to explain that she was never charged for insertsAlso got 20% discount on the decals priceFor the sake of argument let's say she didn't know, but when we were there to install the decals she talk to me and she agreed for 20% discount and install the decals on the pylonI told her that if she wants new lexan inserts with the decals there will be extra cost for that and she didn't want to payotherwise we would not have install the decalsNow she is making issue about it For the removal of the decal from the pylonIf this issue will not get resolved hereWe will remove the decal from one side of the pylon because she just paid for one sideShe does not own other [redacted] if they don't wanna see the decal removed they can pay for it or its coming downWe don't need any one permissionWe tried to work with this lady on installation date, on price, got the discount and agreed to itBut she does not understand [redacted] We finished the job and there is no issue with itNow she need to pay[redacted] Sam

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: [redacted] I spent at least minutes trying to sort things out with installer then on the phone with Sam, I felt completely pressured in getting things done as Sam indicated after the fact that would cost me more and would take more time to get signs up after I had been waiting for a while to get things done! I pointed it out that in back sign I could see the letters from older sign and not once but twice he spoke on the phone with installer to make sure letters wouldn't show when lights came on at night, based on that assurance of my signs not being defective is why I accepted the 20% discount, long and behold on Sunday Oct only days after installation had been done, I went to my store at night and part of the letters from the old sign come through creating what is known as 'ghosting' effect So now I just didn't get product I was to get based on invoice and info I actually received and discussed but now have a defective side, so when I got a call from Manu on Monday Oct at 11:am to tell me my signs were ready for pick up [redacted] ** [redacted] I went on to explain to her that I already had my signs but was not happy about all that had taken place, she of course was totally confused and told me to speak with Alex the salesperson, I told her I was done speaking with him [redacted] **! Manu then asked me if Sam could call me later on to figure things out and I said yes, when he eventually called me back at 1:10pm the same day, he was very aggressive and I didn't take it well after his shouting, interruptions and threats of taking sings down, when I said to take the one defective side down his reply was that I had no choice he would take whichever he wanted, showing me his lack of professionalism and business sense, that is the reason why I placed my complaint with Revdex.com We eventually agreed to meet on Tuesday Oct at 8pm so I could point out to Sam the 'ghosting' effect on the one side back of the pylon that I had been assured would not be the case, Sam however failed to show up [redacted] ***, I on the other hand chose to show up as I wanted to fix the situation, I have recorded proof of my showing at place and time agreed, if it comes down to Sam removing the decal only from the defective side on the back of the pylon (facing [redacted] and [redacted] stores) I have no problem with that as I don't care for it since as far as I'm concerned is of poor quality due to the ghosting effect at night, however making sure the white cover piece is left behind in place just as it was before this ordeal started as it belongs to the property and ensuring the good side stays exactly where is now, thanks Sincerely, [redacted] ***

I am rejecting this response because: [redacted] to start with I have never received quote [redacted], the only quote I got from Alex is number [redacted] which I'm attaching and if you look at it clearly indicates inserts and not decals only, further more not once the issue of using old material from previous company ever came into any conversation or emails I got from anybody at Bannerz, there was never a choice given and the reason why they came to do a site inspection was to make sure measurements were correct to avoid any problems and once again never ever mentioned old material was to be used for signs, [redacted] if in fact I had knowledge of old material was going to be used for my signs, [redacted] I never knew about it and was never part of the deal, [redacted]
