In regards to the complaint made;Ms*** co signed to bail out her boyfriend on a $100,bondMs*** was to pay 10% which is $10,She has not made any payment or any attempt to pay our companycollateral was taken and documented as payment for the bailThe client was placed
back in custody due to Ms*** calling our office multiple times asking to have the defendant *** *** surrenderedOnce the defendant is free from jail we have done our job and bail premium of 10% is dueWe are legally allowed to liquidate collateral if bail premium is not paidFurthermore both *** and *** have come to our home threatening me at gun point and we have had to take this situation very seriouslyThe defendant was arrested for threatening our familyWe have tried to give them the option of paying the bail and getting the vehicle back and they both refuseThis is becoming a bigger issue nowWe have no obligation to return collateral and we really just ask that they both leave our family and business alone.Thank you
