Review: I paid for three entries into Bannon Productions' The BOSAs songwriting contest, Nov 12, 2012. Two entries were more expensive as they were to include critiques. After the contest ended, their website did not post any results. I contacted them by email, April 29, 2013. [redacted] replied the next day. She answered all of my questions and informed me:1) I would be refunded - "we will have to issue your reimbursement by check. It will come from Bannon Productions directly." 2) She would resend my critiques right away - "I'm not sure why your critiques didn't arrive. Our log indicates that they were printed and sent. I will have copies made and sent out for you immediately." 3) Their website would be updated - "I'm awaiting our webmaster now and expect he'll have this corrected sometime today." As of July 30, 2013 NONE OF THE ABOVE PROMISES HAVE BEEN FULFILLED! I have contacted them multiple times by email and phone, only to be completely ignored.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive the promised refund;I would be interested in hearing an explanation as to why their customer(s) would be ignored, despite multiple requests (to more than one email, and their phone number). Why make so many promises if there was no intention to fulfill them?I do not want their song-critiques ... their opinion no longer matters to me.
