I am rejecting this response because: your response does not address my conplaint at all

I am so sorry for the delay but I do not accept there response. They still did not Answer why they are charging us for storage when we are the company that hired them. They even stated that they were waiting for us to sign the release so why charge us, the dealer, storage. Please help me clarify to the extra fees and also why they stated they wanted to lien the car if didn't pay

It is disappointing to see this type of a complaint from a third party who does not understand the law, especially when her father shook the hand of the owner and thanked him when he picked up his car.
