Service was utilized using "living social" coupon and scheduled two weeks in advanceOwners instructions were that he was unsure of arrival time and they would call minutes prior to arrival for cleaningHe arrived at around 11:am the day before Thanksgiving WITHOUT a phone callI asked if I had missed his call and he said I did not, he did not call I hurried to arrange last minute heavy furniture moves with help from teenagersAfter we are ready (less than minutes) he then states he has another house to complete about miles away and he could returnI said " I think we are basically ready." He redirects and says he will complete the other house and returnAfter hours of waiting with stacked furniture I called to inquire return timeNo responseThen a text is delivered in cowardice 'I am in a meeting', as I am sure every executive carpet guy has to attend:/ He then avoids even the coward's communication via text, very professional business, to rescheduleAt 6:pm my husband calls from a different number and owner actually answersApparently the meeting had adjourned, nonetheless, owner yells at my husband that our appointment "was not going to get completed, was just a 'coupon job' and we could call groupon to get a refund"What a terrible experience from a self proclaimed "Christian" companyIt was certainly a botched and disappointing situation, utterly ridiculous communication and pathetic customer service, if you want to call it "customer service"It is really a demonstration of the owner's character, or lack thereof, as I had used this company before

I purchased the cleaning of carpets for rooms and a hallway through Living Social for Rock SolidThis was my 2nd purchaseThe first experience was a positive one so I felt good about the 2nd opportunityMy appointment was for 11/30/at 3:PMI had not heard from them by 4:PM so my husband called and left a voicemailHe placed additional calls at 4:and 5:Still no contact from Rock SolidI contacted them at 5:and 6:00, leaving messagesNone of the messages were inappropriate in any manner, in fact, I expressed my concern that there must be something wrong since we hadn't heard from themI sent at text to the number at 6:and received the following response: "If your husband wouldn't of left me voicemails I would of been thereI was running behind today because of the job I was at before took us longer to completeNote to your husband! Don't leave me anymore voice mailsI don't work for people like thatEspecially on a coupon jobHave a good night." I responded with " So what time can I expect you tomorrow?" There was no responseHis voice mail message says that they are number in customer service on Angie's listThis appears to be a claimWe had removed all of the furniture from the rooms/areas to be cleaned to make it easier for them to come in and clean

Owners instructions were that he was unsure of arrival time and they would call 30 minutes prior to arrival for cleaning. He arrived at around 11:00 am the day before Thanksgiving WITHOUT a phone call. I asked if I had missed his call and he said I did not, he did not call. I hurried to arrange last minute heavy furniture moves with help from
teenagers. After we are ready (less than 10 minutes) he then states he has another house to complete about 5 miles away and he could return. I said " I think we are basically ready." He redirects and says he will complete the other house and return. After 5 hours of waiting with stacked furniture I called to inquire return time. No response. Then a text is delivered in cowardice 'I am in a meeting', as I am sure every executive carpet guy has to attend. :/ He then avoids even the coward's communication via text, very professional business, to reschedule. At 6:30 pm my husband calls from a different number and owner actually answers. I cant even believe how bad this business really was. They need to be shut down! After he cleaned our carpets and hr or 2 later they started showing up again. I showed him pics and he said he would re do whenever he was in my area. I nevrr got a response so I canceled the check and told him I would give him money when he did my carpets right like I paid for. He then responded (verbatum) after I come fix it you will pay the cancellation charge. I said due to the service I received the first time I had no interest in doing business with him. Not to mention I wanted my carpets cleaned because I have company coming. His verbatum response was"Good your house smelled like dog [redacted] and completely grossed me out.Get your broke [redacted] on down the road."I got 28,000 in my account your 91 dollars is a joke.Cheap [redacted] ."
