I heard water running constantly today - turn off everything, still heard water running.
Called Bantam for emergency service - gentleman, and I do mean a gentleman, Reggie, came out as soon as he could, from [redacted]. Problem was a burnt out switch in water heater, and my senile husband, with Alzheimers, left the hot water [redacted] on in the shower upstairs, and did not tell me, or even remember! Reggie was efficient, kind, considerate, quick, found the problem, and did not criticize. Good Man!
Please make sure he gets a bonus for being so good, and working on his day off, too!
