We went to Banta's hometown tax service because we needed advice on filing our taxes. After paying a fee for services and taking the advice we were given, we are now being charged by the IRS for an incorrect tax return. We have been trying to contact the office for over 6 months, sent all of the information to them, and have received only one email stating they have received our information. We have not received one single return phone call, or any help what so ever with the matter at hand. I would never recommend their services to anyone. We would have been better off using turbo tax!
