Even though this took place years ago, *** from the office resolved this issue with *** on November ***

I am sure you see this all the time but unfortunately this is another case of someone using the Revdex.com to bully businesses to giving them something they don't deserveWe are another business with a A+ rating being slanderedThis person voluntarily signed up for a program that 1000's have
taken and now over a year later is asking for money back. Here is part of email from Jay to my office with Jay on Oct 14, stating " I'll be filing a small claim against nyrei on Monday the ***And moving forward with filing complaints with the Revdex.com and consumer affairs." Well the bullying worked and we responded "going to approve a refund of $with a school credit of $"This person deserved zero refund but was bullied into offering a full refundJay then strangely responded with a threat of "class action lawsuit"Now he is even asking for additional money which I don't even know how to respond toHowever now after this bogus complaint and starting some slanderous facebook page our offer is no longer on the table and I now need my attorney to handle the rest of this matterSorry you have to waste your time with this and as always we appreciate all of your time and consideration in this matter

 I have made attempts and have waited for return phone calls that I was advised would come and never did transferred to employees with no voicemails and told that they didn't know what to do  please advise me once you have verified I have received nothing and started no classes. I understand the $25 admin fee and will be awaiting the refund of 370.00

This says second notice and we just searched our entire database and this is first time we are hearing about this. We also have no emails from the [redacted] except about her being excited to start the course. First have to check if she has started the course and secondly allegedly calling two...

months later for a refund is not acceptable. However this does not mean she will not get some sort of refund since we now have no choice but to play the Revdex.com game even if we are correct. Assuming she has not started the course and received no materials we will issue her a minus the $25 admin fee that has been in place for over 15 years

He was very apologetic and very helpful. I am completely satisfied with the resolution.
