Banyantree Apartments

When I called as a prospective renter to speak with the manager, the woman who answered demanded that I go through her. I repeated that I was calling to speak with the manager and I gave my name and phone number. In spite of the fact that I said, "please have her call me" and "thank you," she replied, "I can't gaurantee . . . " In other words, push-back even after she took the phone message. I bet she didn't even write down my number. Such presumptuousness, and of course rudeness.

My ceiling leaked every time it rained I reported it first in June and almost every month until November I reported it to the city they did end up repairing it in December 2018 , March 2019 I was given a notice to not to renew my lease and I was given a 30-day notice to move. I asked them why and they told me they did not have to give me a reason why. The neighbors had a domestic violence issue I got a notice on my door saying it was me went down to office to clear it up they told me I had to prove my innocence. The biggest issue is after I reported them to the city they harass me every month. They kept doing inspections on the apartment sometimes twice a month sometimes never showing up funny thing they never inspected the apartment. I backed my car into carry groceries up one night about 9 p.m. I carried my groceries up and I didn't get back down to turn my car I was backed in by the time I got to my car next morning 10 a.m. I had a red tag nobody else has ever gotten a red tag there's been cars parked with flat tires for over a month and never red taged. I requested lighting for the stairs it was very dark on the stairs at night they never Put up lites. I did fall twice. I also seen bedbugs in the laundry room. I immediately told office. They did nothing and said it was not their responsibility. They took three days to do my walkthrough move out of the apartment. I videotaped and I was told everything was excellent except for a mini blind in the dining room. When I was supposed to receive my deposit back I did not receive it because now they were saying that I destroyed the carpet with pet urine. I asked for a receipt they did not have one. I personally cleaned the carpet in that apartment to where it looked a lot better than when I moved in. I purposely made the sink shine because I knew they were going to pull something. And they did. Shame on them.

Hello my Name is ***, My mother and I have lived in banyantree apsrtments for 2.5 years now and it is getting to be unbairable. Our AC only works for approximately 2 days if we are lucky. Our work orders are ignored and when we speak with the girls in the office mary is more undertsanding but Jamie on the other hand, is RUDE and careless and gets snappy very fast. No customer service ehat so ever. We see scorpions and roaches in our apartment and outside no matter how many times we get exterminated. They have entered our apartment without permission. We just want to move and get some justic for how poorly this place is managed.
