refused to remove the device from the case and therefore the clerk could not determine why the device was not working properly.
The consumer was in contact with a sales representative for KikSticks and the consumer was not cooperative with the sales person. Ms. [redacted] is more than willing to work with the consumer for possible replacement and asked the consumerto contact her directly at 440-777-4033.
