I requested an estimate and received a proposal from Collins this spring to remove and prune trees on my property. I immediately responded and gave the go ahead to have the work completed. I did not hear from Collins and always got an excuse when asked when they would would be performing the work. Work was never completed and I haven't heard from Collins as to why.
